About Madeline Jones

Madeline Jones is a real estate agent specializing in Newtown Township, including Newtown Borough where she helps clients buy and sell suburban homes within the Council Rock School District corridor.

Madeline’s work focuses on the Council Rock housing market, one of the most sought-after suburban areas in Bucks County. Since 2021 Madeline has closed over $23 million in residential sales. She has also closed several purchases in the Commercial Real Estate sector, including restaurants and offices. Madeline works primarily through referrals from past clients and professional networks.

Madeline specializes in life-transition home sales, helping clients navigate moves connected to marriage, growing families, estate situations, and downsizing. She has experience with guardianship’s and executors as well as foreclosures and short sales. Before entering real estate, Madeline worked in a private boarding school as a science teacher and debate coach in Princeton. This background shapes her creativity, negotiation strategy and decision-making process. Madeline prides herself on making complicated things easier to understand for all of her clients.

Madeline holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Communications-Media, and a Masters degree in Education, and coursework at the Doctoral level. Madeline also holds certifications and designations through the National Association of Realtors such as CREN, Certified Real Estate Negotiator, and she is a certified Luxury Specialist with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fox & Roach, and in the top 5% of the Home Services network. Madeline also has a home staging certificate; the skill that she uses to help bring her listings to market. 

Madeline lives in Newtown Bucks County and serves on the Executive Board of the Newtown Business Association.
